The GCC 101-B series are balanced types seals designed to handle higher pressure applications with the same versatility and reliability as GC 10 I-type. The Stationery face is pureceramic. These seals are always installed externally.

The GCC 610 Series are designed for beam dyeing machines. These seals are single spring type and hence can handle media of various contaminations as they are self-cleaning and non-clogging. The large, sturdier spring ensures constant contact of mating faces and hence provides most efficient sealing. These seals are of compact design and easy to install. The rotary unit consists of a standard seal face, single spring, secondary seal ring and they all are accommodated in a common retainer. Secondary Seal Ring is of viton. The rotary seal face is of inserted tungsten carbide. The stationery seal face is of high grade carbon.

The GCC 201 Series Seals are designed to handle liquids of varying contaminations including sluries, sludges, sewage, viscous or abrasive etc. as these seals are self cleaning and non-clogging. These seals have a simple, compact design and are easy to install with practically no maintenance. The GCC 201 Series are unbalanced type seals. The rotary unit utilises a standard seal face with a single spring and secondary seal ring. This single spring is stronger and sturdier then multi-spring construction. Secondary Seal Rings are available in various forms such as 'O' Rings, 'V' Rings, Square Rings, Wedge and in various elastomers such as viton, neoprene, silicon, Bunna-N, EPT, Teflon, GFT, Grafoil, etc. The mating faces can be of high grade carbon, stellite, tungsten carbide, ceramic, etc. depending on the service conditions.

Double Mechanical Seals are suitable where absolute leak-proof sealing is necessary due to the toxic/hazardous/ violatile nature of the fluid. They are combination of two conventional seals installed back to back inside the stuffing box. A compatible clean liquid is circulated between the two seals at a higher pressure then the pumpage product. The inner seal prevents the circulated liquid to enter the system and the other seal prevents if from leaking it to atmosphere. The circulation of the liquid reduces the heat generated on the seal faces. These seals are available in different combinations suiting to service conditions. This is a combinations of two unbalanced multi spring seals mounted back to back.
